The Iris Inn is located 12 miles east of Staunton and 25 miles west of Charlottesville, just off of I-64 near Waynesboro.

From I-64, take Exit 96(Waynesboro-Lyndhurst), turn south on Route 624 toward Lyndhurst, then make an immediate left on Chinquapin Drive. The iris-lined entrance to the inn is approximately 3/10 of a mile on the left.
